“Bad Credentials”

Bad Credentials is a default error because you are not currently logged into your device. If you were previously signed up with SoPlayer and activated codes and you keep receiving this message, Option 1: Factory reset your device..

Option 2: Contact support and provide them with your old SoPlayer account number. * It will take up to six hours to crawl the system and deactivate your old account number.

“Reached Maximum Count of Device”

This means you have reached the maximum number of devices for your account. Most services will allow up to 4 -5 devices only. If you need to remove one of the devices, simply go into the info Tab on your device and find the Device ID. Please send the devices id via chat line and ask them to remove the device.

“Device Type Not Allowed”

You have definitely used the app before from another service. You have to options to fix this error: Option 1: Factory reset your device.

“No/Sound Voices are off”

Firestick: Simply reset your device. Unplug your device and plug it back in to let your device go through a full system reboot. 

Apple Devices: Turn on your volume from the silent position. If that doesn’t fix it, check to see if a system upgrade is available. Smart Tv’s processing system may not be compatible with our Media Player.

“EC11: Account has expired”

If you have already paid your invoice please open up a support ticket and provide your account number. Support ticket———> Client Area – sonic view tv

“Unauthorized IP address”

When the SOPlayer app is loaded up and you see an “unauthorized IP address” error, this means that the system automatically flagged your account as having devices active “off-of-home-network”. SOPlayer is restricted to 1 home internet connection. 1 IP address. This means you can’t share the account across multiple homes. You can’t use it at work or use it at home. You can’t let a buddy use a slot on your account. Open up a support ticket or go to chat and ask for your account to be reset.

I ordered my service at 2am why is my service not activated.

When you place an order for the first time or renew your account please allow up to 2 hours for us to process your order. Our business hours are Monday – Saturday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
